The Grounds Committee is made up of representatives of the School and dedicated parents. It is responsible to the School but reports regularly to the P&C which provides some funding for its activities. The Grounds Committee aims to create and maintain a playground that provides a positive, caring, healthy and stimulating environment for WPS children to play and learn. It has developed a long range Masterplan in conjunction with a specialist Landscape Designer and is steadily implementing this.
Working Bees are held every Term and published in the schools newsletter. Working Bees improve and maintain the schools grounds and everyone can join in the fun, with siblings and toddlers in tow.
